These terms govern your use of digitnix.com and of the applications and tools that Digitnix operates under its own name. By using the website or signing in to one of those applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Who we are
Digitnix is a technology consultancy based in Canada. Legal entity: Digitnix Technologies, based in Manitoba, Canada. You can reach us at hello@digitnix.com.
2. What these terms cover
- the website digitnix.com, including its content and the ways it lets you contact us; and
- applications and tools operated by Digitnix that link to these terms — including those you access by signing in with a Google account.
Consulting engagements, software development work and other professional services are governed by the written agreement signed for each engagement, not by these terms. Products operated by Digitnix under a separate brand (for example, InteLaudo) may have their own terms, which govern that product.
3. Using the website
The content on digitnix.com is provided for general information about Digitnix and how we work. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and reading it does not create a client relationship with Digitnix. Booking a call or sending us a message is an invitation to talk — an engagement only starts when both sides sign an agreement.
4. Digitnix applications and Sign in with Google
- Access to Digitnix applications is granted to authorized people — clients, partners and team members — at Digitnix's discretion, and may be limited to specific accounts or organizations.
- You sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure. Do not share your access with others or use someone else's account.
- We may suspend or withdraw access at any time, for example when an engagement ends or when we detect misuse, and we may change or discontinue an application without notice.
- The information we receive from your Google account when you sign in is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
When using the website or our applications, you agree not to:
- attempt to access accounts, systems, data or areas you are not authorized to access;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website or applications, or probe them for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- copy, scrape or harvest content or data in bulk, or use automated tools to do so, other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
- upload or transmit malicious code, or use our services to send unsolicited messages; or
- use the website or applications in a way that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, graphics, logos and code, and the Digitnix applications, are owned by Digitnix or its licensors. DIGITNIX and the Digitnix logo are trademarks of Digitnix. You may view and share links to our content for personal or internal business use; any other use — including reproducing, modifying or distributing our content or marks — requires our written permission.
Content you provide to us through the website (for example, in a message) remains yours. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it, such as answering you.
7. Third-party services and links
Our website and applications rely on third-party services — such as Google for hosting, analytics and sign-in, and Cal.com for scheduling — and may link to other websites, including LinkedIn. Those services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
8. No warranties
The website and applications are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them accurate, secure and available, but we do not promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose, and we may change or remove content at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digitnix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including loss of profits, data or business — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or applications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability under a signed engagement agreement is governed by that agreement.
10. Privacy
How we collect and use information, including information from your Google account, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date at the top. Continuing to use the website or applications after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute arising from these terms will be brought before the courts of that province, unless a signed engagement agreement provides otherwise.
13. Contact
